Disposable Email For Registering With Websites
SPAM. You hate it. I’m sure that’s the #1 reason why you’re so hesistant to register for various websites you discover on the web. The content beyond that registration page seems valuable, but it’s the predictable spam that you’ll get because of the required email address that’s keeping you from inside the fence.
But without registering first, you can’t post a message, you can’t read certain forum threads, you can’t get free e-book download links, etc. So it comes down to…do you TRUST them with your email address? Will they send a deluge of spam your way every day? Will they sell your email address to other spammers that will clog your inbox with crazy unsolicited offers?
So sometimes you sit there right in front of the gates, forced to make that decision whether to go ahead and divulge your primary email address or just drive away and find another website that hopefully will give you the same information. Usually it’s back to Google, right?
Here’s a simple solution to get past the guards and still keep your email private.Use a disposable email address.
10minutemail.com creates a unique email address for you on the fly which you can utilize for 10 minutes. So that you can sign-up, wait for any emails requiring you to click on the “confirmation link” and/or even receive the freebie e-book, or file that they send via email AFTER registration.
10minutemail.com even gives you the option of extending the self-destruct deadline by 10 minute increments in case you don’t receive the emails in time.
So relax, go in, grab what you need, and you won’t be bothered again as if you were never there….

There are several sites that offer these disposable email service. For a long time, I was a big fan of mailinator.com. However, recently I found out about this other website mintemail.com. This website is actually better because it automatically copies the email to your clipboard so you don’t need to press Ctrl +c (great for lazy people like me). Also, you don’t need to refresh the page as displays in the title bar when you have received a new email.

Thanks Johny!
There’s another one that is super-easy because you don’t have to go to the site to generate a new temporary disposable email address.

This service allows you to use ANY custom email address and then check for email. Of course you run the risk of using an email address that someone else already has used. So if you want, you can check that email account to see if there’s any email from the last 14 days…
Or you can still use it and just watch for the emails you want…
