I’ve been evaluating the Yahoo!Music Unlimited mp3 Download service for my Samsung Blackjack recently and find that the $6/month for unlimited access to 2 million songs to be a pretty good value. The 150 radio stations is also pretty good to have. Having access to all these songs on my desktop + my cell phone is pretty convenient.

There are of course a bunch of other devices that’s compatible straight out of the box. Good news for owners of these devices, although most of them don’t know. Here’s the list of mp3 players, cell phones, media players, smart phones and other devices that are compatible:

One of the great biggest reasons you may look into signing up for Yahoo! Music is if you purchase a couple of songs a month.  If you buy download just 3 music tracks a month from iTunes, you really should look into signing up for Yahoo!Music because you can get any AND ALL of 2 million songs for only $3/month with promotions right now.

The one devices that’s missing from this list is the iPod.  Neither the iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod standard players work with Yahoo! Music.  If you’re looking for a competive service that works with Apple iPods, then check out eMusic.
