How to Create A Custom Wallpaper for Your Cellphone
Customizing your cellphone is tons of fun since you are making it your own.
Everyone knows about cool ringtones you can create for your phone. They even have “outrings” meaning, the caller can hear a customized “ring” if you want.
Another easy and cool way to customize your cell phone is to create a photo wallpaper for the background of your cell phone screen. The only problem is resizing the photos, and getting them to your phone.
A new service I came across will do this for free, and supports all the major phones (they know the best photo sizes to resize any photo). Mobopic allows you to upload any photo from your computer or use any photo from the internet. You then select the make and model of you cell phone or enter specific dimensions for your new wallpaper. There is a zoom slider that allows you to basically resize and crop any part of the photo you used.
Next, the photo is resized for you to download and/or email to yourself or your phone (remember almost every phone has an email address from the carrier).
As soon as you get it onto your phone, most phones have a “set as wallpaper” or “set as desktop” function when viewing an image. Voila! You’re done!

If you’re not so sure about how to get the pic to your phone, you can use Kodak’s site to upload and send your image to your phone fuss-free.
