My brother recently emailed me about converting documents into PDF format.  It can be a pain in the neck to generate PDF format files if you don’t own Adobe Acrobat software (not the Reader).

There are great online PDF conversion services, as well as free PDF printer drivers that let you print to a virtual printer which produces and saves a PDF document on your hard drive.

However, sometimes, you don’t even have the time to spend doing these simple tasks.

Here’s the easiest, laziest way I know of creating PDF versions of your Microsoft Office documents. . .

HOW TO CONVERT MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003 and MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 DOCUMENTS INTO PDF FILE FORMAT

Email your Microsoft Office document to pdf@koolwire.com and then go check your email inbox in a couple of minutes.  There’s a 10MB file size limit.  If you need to convert larger size files, you can use their website upload service (which then makes it the same as www.Zamzar.com and other pdf conversion services)

You’ll receive back the converted document attached to the return email from koolwire!  That’s it!

Koolwire will also convert the other way: PDF –> DOC format, making PDF document content editable!
