Google Tip: 1 Liner Shortcut To A Map
You use Google all the time. And you might even use Google Maps (vs. Yahoo! Maps or MapQuest, etc).
If you do use Google Maps you might like this tip:
There is no need to go to the actual Google Maps site. Just type in the address you want to map into the Google search bar. If you have the Google Toolbar installed you can use that. Or even he Google Desktop bar in the system tray on he bottm right of your Windows screen.
Once you type in the address, simply hit ENTER and you’ll get a Google results page with a link to the specific map page as the first choice. It is much easier then having to open a browser to http://maps.google.com and then type in th address and then get th map.
This shortcut doesn’t save hours, but once you start usng it, you will love the convenience in getting to your map just that much faster and with less work.
