Apple iPhone TV Commercial Ad: Space
Jun 30th
The hype is so much I can’t stand it. This thing can do just about everything and more.
The Apple iPhone is supposed to everything an iPod can do, everything a cell phone can do, and it can surf the “real” internet – whatever that means. And we won’t find out until the end of June 2007.
Until then, here’s another commercial for the Applie iPhone on AT&T Wireless that’s making the rounds:
The Wholesale Price for the 8GB iPhone: $280.83

The Apple iPhone is a whopping $499 for the 4GB model on AT&T Wireless and even more – $599 for the 8GB iPhone.
Why so much? Can Apple really justify such a big price tag?

It’s in stores today at 6pm, so perhaps you may cancel your lunch and stroll over to a Cingular / AT&T Wireless store?
24 Real Apple iPhone Drawbacks and Downsides

Is it worth $500 or $600 + ($60/month + tax) x 24 months = $2196.13+ for the 2 year contract at the very lowest rate plan? You decide.

Many sites are 100%-flash-based and while on the surface it might seem “cool” to run a site that is a “flash site,” the rest of the world won’t ever know about it because it is very hard to rank well on Google and the other search engines. Without Google pointing the way, it will be very hard to share all that joy in the Flash you’ve developed.
The 10,000 foot view is that Flash doesn’t fundamentally structure website content in a way that Google can use to determine what’s important, relevant, and the focus of any given site, section or page. Read the rest of this entry »
