For P.A.i. (People Against iPhone): Opera Mini vs. iPhone [video]


Here’s just one more piece of ammunition for all the iPhone haters out there. . . While one of the strong points of the new Apple iPhone is the Safari web browser (that browses the “real” web) which displays web pages as if you’re viewing it on a regular pc’s browser, OperaMini v3.1 (or v4 Beta) is one strong case for non-iPhones to compete with a very capable mobile browser of their own.  (And getting it won’t contribute to the next recession!) AT&T Wireless Legally Prohibits the Apple iPhone Users from using VoIP, Steaming Video and more?


SkypeforIphone.com and other neat services are now starting to emerge that aim to really supercharge the abilities of the Apple iPhone on AT&T Wireless.  But user-beware.  I’m not a lawyer, but it seems that the AT&T Wireless Terms of Service for the wireless data services portion prohibits a lot of things you may not be aware of — including the fact that AT&T can kill your service without notice if they suspect you are using the iPhone for no-no activities.

Apple iPhone Unlock Service Announced

The quarter million Apple iPhone users are all abuzz the last couple of weeks with various teams racing to figure out how to successfully unlock the iPhone so you can use it on any other network globally. It was only a matter of time before it happened.

First there were some “activation-unlock” methods to get the pda/ipod features to work without phone activation.
